5:30am start to be driven up the mountain to watch the sunrise over the mountain peak fishtail.
Unfortunately it is not the clearest of mornings but we did get the idea.
At least we saw something and still spectacular.
Back down the mountain we but it is still to early for breakfast so we check out another temple. They are a hive of activity and noise.
Breakfast then the two heros of the group went Para-Gliding.
Michael and I had a ball, both happy not to be shopping.
It was just cloud we jumped into, so no idea what we were in for
It was 30 seconds of cloud then all of a sudden it was clear and we flew like birds
A quick lunch of sizzling meat
Then onto the museum of Himalayan mountain climbing.
A great museum with pictures and articals on the main mountains, climbers and sherpas.
There were also interesting areas on climate change effects and garbage retreived from Mt Everest. It appears great effort is now in place to preserve her.
Last stop was a waterfall, here is the story.
